Please find important logistical details for the Toronto review presentation on the 18th of September below.

Attendance and registration

We have issued the maximum number of tickets, 750 in total, and the venue is at full capacity. We are very sorry if you have not been able to book a ticket but the interest in attending is greater than we had forecast; hence why we made plans to live stream the presentation. If you do not have a ticket then it is unlikely that you will be admitted to the presentation so can we please ask you to watch the presentation via the live streaming facility available at: http://cdn.digitalservices.online/TorontoAirspaceReview/

For those who have pre-registered please print your ticket and bring it with you to the meeting. Please also ensure to leave enough time to park and go through entry-registration before the presentation starts at 7pm. Entry into the Mississagua Ballroom will be possible from 6pm.

Car parking

The Hilton Toronto Airport hotel have informed us today that there is a limited number of parking spaces available in their car park. To ensure everyone can park easily and safely we ask that if you can, please car pool or utilise public transport. We understand this is not always possible so we have secured further parking in the following places:

Indian line and Caroga street

There is free street parking on the right hand-side of Caroga Drive and Indian Line, which are a short walk from the Hilton hotel (see map below). Please note it is public parking so we cannot guarantee how many spaces will be available.

Park’N’fly car park

There is additional parking available at the ‘Park’N’fly’ carpark opposite the Hilton hotel. We have negotiated a 25% discount for attendees to the event. The discount code is only valid for Park N Fly’s valet parking. We understand that for 4 hours (18:00 to 22:00) the charge, after discount, is likely to be $17.30 plus HST. The discount code is:31278 and is only valid on the evening of the 18th September 2017. Please present this code when paying for your parking. Please find further instructions below:
