Lake Shore Development Public Consultation is tonight at 6:30pm

Following message is from the Long Branch Neighbourhood Association:

Long Branch continues to grow – have your say on what that will look likeRegister and join tonight on-line or by phone to learn about the new 6 storey development proposed for the south side of Lake Shore at 3353-3359 Lake Shore Blvd West.

Proposal is for a residential building with 60 units (unknown whether these will be rental or condos) – 43 1-Bedroom units; 11 2-Bedroom and 6 3-Bedroom units.

There will be 30 parking spaces in a below grade parking garage. More details can be found here.

Lake Shore is an Avenue and as such is planned for growth. However, the applicant is asking for the Site and Area Specific Policy 21 (SASP 21 – see below) to be changed. Tune in tonight to learn what changes they are asking for; ask questions and express any concerns you have.
