Fluency as a Second Language
I’ve recently had a request for a copy of a talk that I gave at a national conference in Calgary in August 2001. The topic was: “Fluency as a Second Language.”
I’m no longer much involved with this particular line of volunteer work; however, maybe you have had first-hand experiences with a disability, or people in your family or among your friends have had such experiences. Or, assuming that you get to grow very, very old, you may become acquainted with disabilities as a result of aging.
