Comment from David Godley regarding PH3.16 – Expanding Housing Options in Neighbourhoods: Multiplex Study – Final Report

The Planning and Housing Committees agenda recommendations have huge and lasting repercussions on Neighbourhoods across the City without further public input. At the very least this needs to be referred back for a community meeting. There is no balance of impacts and appears to be a reactive to a singular although important issue. Taking away public review and comment is anti democratic.
