Erosion challenges facing Chatham Kent are of concern to many people

I have been following news stories such as a Dec 26, 2019 CBC article entitled: “‘I’m watching it disappear:’ Residents along Lake Erie reckoning with worsening shoreline erosion.”

As well, I’ve been reading a Nov. 26, 2019 CBC article entitled: “Chatham-Kent residents frustrated after shoreline study meeting: Environmental consultant says reduced winter ice cover along Lake Erie could increase storms, shore damage.”

I mention these articles in the context of previous posts at which I’ve spoken about rising water levels, flooding, climate change, and related topics.
