Special Room Rate
We’ve arranged for 20 rooms to be set aside at Old Mill Toronto, at a rate of $239.00 per night for Luxury King Room, for reunion attendees.
The rate applies for one night, or for a series of nights.
Amenities
The above room rate includes complimentary Premium Continental Breakfast served in the Terrace Dining Room.
A Hospitality Fee of $8.00 per room, per night, will be added on to the guest room rate. The Fee includes: daily parking, in-room Wi-Fi, local and toll free calling, in-room Keurig coffee/tea brewer, 2 bottles of water (excluding mini bar), evening turn down service, limited business services, 24 hour access to our fitness room and select concierge services.

Deadline for Special Reunion Rate is Thursday, September 17, 2015. If any rooms are available after that date, they can be booked at the reunion rate.
All guests are to make their room reservations directly with the Old Mill Toronto. To receive the special group rate, all guests are to book before Thursday, Sept 17, 2015 and identify themselves as part of the Malcolm Campbell High School Reunion room block at the time of booking. Booking after this date is possible, at the same rate, but only if rooms are available.
Reservations made by individuals will require a valid credit card at the time of booking.
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of one night’s room charge plus HST will be charged to the credit card on file three days prior to the arrival date.
Group Rate Policy
The Old Mill Toronto will release any bedrooms not picked up 1 month (Sept. 17, 2015) prior to the first date of arrival. That is, if you want to book a room at the reunion rate, your deadline is Sept. 17, 2015.
In the event guest rooms are still required after the release date noted, the contracted group rate may or may not be available, based on the number of guest rooms remaining for resale.
Please note that all rooms at The Old Mill Toronto are non-smoking. A deep cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the guest rooms.
2) Stay Inn Suites
Lynn (Hennebury) Legge (MCHS 11J – 1964) has been researching other accommodations to provide options besides the Old Mill.
Group Name
The Group Name when asking for the reunion rate is MCHS 2015. People attending the reunion make their own arrangements by contacting the hotel directly.

We have 20 rooms assigned to the reunion rate at the Stay Inn Suites Hotel.

- 10 are for up to 4 people.
- Rates apply whether people stay one night or several nights, providing the occupants are attending the reunion.

For one or two people, one queen size bed it’s $99.99.
For up to four people in two queen size beds it’s $119.99.
Cut-off Date
Deadline for Special Reunion Rate is Thursday, September 17, 2015. If any rooms are available after that date, they can be booked at the reunion rate.

Transportation to the Old Mill
It is recommended by the Stay Inn Hotel Manager, Mandy Uppal that grads use taxis or car pool to the Old Mill, as it is a very short distance from the Stay Inn. A shuttle can be arranged but would costs more and is less flexible.

Parking is available at $27/day/vehicle, tax in, flat rate, self-parking with in and out driving privileges, located underground our hotel driveway, just be sure to register your license plate with Front Desk any time you arrive to park.
Booking the deluxe one bedroom suites would not include the buffet breakfast however can be added on for $14/day/person.
The public transportation option is the TTC subway-line. Take the Queen Station Northbound and transfer at Yonge/Bloor to go Westbound and get off on the east side of Old Mill Station and walk to the Inn.
Another option is to book a car service through the concierge or usually there are taxis in front of the hotel driveway.
4) Other hotels
Gina (Davis) Cayer notes: “Airport is worth considering too. A lot $100 a night. It’s a matter of driving in. But you have to pay for parking. ”
5) Airbnb
Some people are considering Airbnb as an option. The rates tend to be reasonable.
Other attractions
Anyone thinking of coming to the MCHS 60’s Reunion and wanting to stay a few extra days to visit Niagara Falls, check out Groupon and / or Travel Zoo. They are offering hotel stays, etc. at around those dates those dates. A recent Travel Zoo offer is entitled: “$74 & up – Niagara Falls Hotels w/Dining Credits, Save 65%.”
