Alternative Concept Plan for Amedeo Garden Court: Materials from Nov. 24, 2012 workshop now available
The following overview is based on information from the Lakeshore Planning Council.
On Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012 a workshop was held on an Alternative Concept Plan for Amedeo Garden Court, using the free Google software, SketchUp, along with estimated projected costs and revenues for the Plan using Microsoft Excel.

A second workshop has been proposed, after the owners submit a revised Plan for re-development of the property to City of Toronto Planning Deptartment.
The attendees at the second workshop will review the new Plan, calculate the projected costs and revenues, and summarize the attendees’ views on the new Plan.
