Seeking information regarding Mrs. Schlutz, who taught at MCHS

A number of people have been seeking information about Mrs. Schlutz, who taught at Malcolm Campbell High School.
Gina (Davis) Cayer has commented: “”She was my grade 2 teacher before she came to MCHS. Her daughter Barbara went through elementary school with me and MCHS also. Can’t find any info on either one.”
I checked with Graeme Decarie, to ask if he had kept in touch with her; he said:
“No. The only ones I kept in touch with were George Allan, Jim McGowan, Bob Hill, Soryl Rosenberg – and Jack Leroy in his last week or so. (He came to my house; and he knew he was dying. He stayed the night, and I took him to the hospital.)”
I noticed a February 7, 2015 message from Doug Hambley that provides a possible lead for information:
“I remember Heinz Schlutz well from the orchestra. He was quite the musician — initially he was a violinist as was his younger sister Barbara, but at Christmas of his senior year, his parents gave him an oboe after which he was the oboist in the orchestra and band, the latter under Bob Ryker, the Principal Tuba player of the Montreal Symphony. I went to Queen’s after Grade 12 and then left for parts north as a mining engineer so haven’t seen very many of my classmates since we graduated… “
For much of my time at MCHS (from 1969 to 1973) Mrs. Schlutz was the principal. (Mr. Rae was the Vice-Principal under her.) I can’t say for sure whether this is the same Mrs. Schlutz whom you seek. The picture looks familiar.
That’s an interesting point. Is it the same Mrs. Schlutz? Or are there two people with the same name? I guess we will have to await for corroboration from varied sources.
Mrs. Schultz was my Grade 1 teacher at Ahuntsic Elementary in 1957-58. And I think she had a daughter named Barbara, so maybe this is the same person who went on to be MCHS’s principal in the 70’s (which is after I graduated from MCHS). Nothing but fondness for her.
From all indications, this is the same Mrs. Schultz. As I understand, students that she worked with, over the many years of her career, all remember her with fondness.

I do have the information that Heinz passed away. It would be of interest to know if there is additional information out there, regarding Mrs. Schlutz and Barbara.
