9 Atherton is among the cases under review at the Sept. 24, 2015 C of A meeting: Attend the meeting if you can!
In a previous post, David Godley noted the following detail:
9 Atherton Crescent – Staff are recommending that the consent and minor variance applications be deferred to provide an opportunity for the applicant to consult with Planning staff and the local community and submit a revised proposal that is more in keeping with the established physical character of the surrounding area and more in accordance with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and the Zoning By-laws.
This item is on the Committee of Adjustment agenda on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015. Please make an effort to attend this meeting, if you are a Long Branch resident, and you have an interest in offering your support – by showing up at such critical meetings.
Faces in the crowd are important, as many people have noted, so your attendance would be a terrific addition. The case involving 9 Atherton Crescent is first in the second session, item 25-27, so the 9 Atherton item will be addressed close to 3:00 pm.
105 Twenty Second St. will also addressed at the meeting.
We encourage you to attend the Sept. 24, 2015 Committee of Adjustment meeting, if time permits in your schedule.
The meeting is at the Council Chambers,
Etobicoke Civic Centre
399 The West Mall
Details about the agenda for the 1:00 to 3:00 pm meeting on Sept. 24, 2015 can be accessed here.
Hope to see you there.
