What a great story (see link in first sentence at this post)!

I am hugely impressed. This is a historically significant building that was saved from demolition in 2008, when an attentive citizen, driving her daughter to a nearby GO station, noticed a demolition company truck at the site.

I am so pleased I’ve had the opportunity to document the Small Arms Inspection Building story, starting from the time that I first attended an Open House at the building, and met Jim Tovey for the first time. That would have been a few years after 2008.
