Green Communities Canada member organizations are working on water issues – question is, what does RAIN (as in RAIN Community Solutions) stand for?

Some time back I attended a webinar entitled:

Collaborating to Reduce Flood Risk in Ontario

I found the event very useful. I learned some new things about extreme weather events.

I’ve also come across a follow-up document entitled:

DRAFT: Ontario Urban Flooding Collaborative Theory of Change

An organization called RAIN Community Solutions is the common element, in relation to the two above-noted documents.

I don’t know what the word RAIN stands for.
