I’m really pleased to share this photo: After sixty-two (62) years, Marsha Silver and Noreen Doherty meet in Orleans, Ontario. Both attended Mrs. Harris’s Grade Seven class at Ahuntsic Elementary School in Montreal in 1957/58.
I was really pleased to meet Noreen Doherty when she helped out – in so many valuable and much appreciated ways – with the organizing of the MCHS 2015 Sixties Reunion at Old Mill Toronto in October 2015.

I remember Mrs Harris from Ahuntsic school… I was in her Grade 7 class in 1966-67. She was very strict but taught us lots… we had to read the newspaper and report on it to the whole class… I still reading the news!!!! Nice memories!!!
I too remember Mrs Harris from Ahuntsic School. Yeah she was tuff and effective. When she was the school yard duty teacher and if you misbehaved she didn’t send you to the office, she would strap you herself with a tear in her eye and tell you this hurt her more than you. REALLY! God bless Mrs Harris.
Is Marsha Silver related to Ted and Tom Silver (twins)?
Yes, Ted and Tom are Marsha and Ferns younger brothers. Grad Class of 67 and 68 MCHS.

Yes Ted and Tom were a year ahead of me in school. I also remember them from Cubs and Scouts (1st Ahuntsic). As is often the case once attending MCHS our interests changed and our paths separated. I hope they and others are well.
