Following message is from the Wesley Mimico United Church redevelopment project:

To: Friends, Neighbours, Community Leaders interested in the Wesley Mimico United Church Renewal Project

Dear Friends:

You are invited to gather again as the Wesley Mimico Community Forum on Monday, 8 April 2013, at 7:30 p.m. in the main foyer of Wesley Church, 2 Station Road at Mimico Avenue.

Conversation topics will include:

• updates on progress made;
• information about organizational development; and
• opportunities to participate in the project.

A more detailed agenda will be sent out closer to the date.

Meanwhile we draw to your attention the attached “Expression of Interest” form for those interested in receiving information about the housing units being planned in the renewal project.

You will note that with a fully refundable (without interest) deposit of $100, your name will be added to a numbered waiting list. At the appropriate time, contact will be made in sequence with interested persons about interest in acquiring an apartment unit in the renewed building.

The apartments are planned to be modestly-priced, life-lease tenure, owner-occupied geared to seniors and/or disabled persons.

Please feel free to make the form available to others who might have interest in this much anticipated, low-rise housing opportunity in the heart of the Mimico community.
