4. Wesley Mimico United Church Fundraising Concert, Nov. 29, 2013
Christmas is coming! To launch the season, WMUC is hosting THE FOUR MEN, a fundraising concert * at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29, 2013.
The Four Men will entertain us with a variety of music – from inspirational ballads, to wistful Maritime folk songs, with Broadway show tunes, operatic arias, jazz and pop hits by stars such as Josh Groban and Michael Bublé, and charming or comedic selections appropriate to your theme.
* half the gate comes to WMUC, and half goes to the Mission & Service Fund & other worthy causes such as AfricaFiles, Don Valley Refugee Resettlers, Christian Peacemaker Teams, Grandmothers to Grandmothers (The Stephen Lewis Foundation).
