Committee of Adjustment hearing related to 33 Forty Second St. has been deferred

I attended the Committtee of Adjustment meeting, on Nov. 19, 2015, dealing with 33 Forty Second St.

At the request of the developer, the committee deferred the matter to a later date.

The developer will, as I understand, rework the proposal.

Residents will be informed when the matter is again before the Committee of Adjustment. At that point, the appropriate response will be determined.

In the meantime, many thanks are owed to each person who wrote a letter, expressing opposition to the severance application that was scheduled to be addressed at the Nov. 16, 2015 meeting. Many thanks are owed as well, to each person who turned up for the hearing.
