Show and Tell Evening – January 17, 2012 – Long Branch Library

The next meeting of the Long Branch Historical Society will be at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, January 12, 2012. Meetings are held at the Long Branch Library, 3500 Lake Shore Blvd. West.

The meeting will feature a Show and Tell Evening of Artifacts and Memorabilia.

You don’t need to be a member to attend our meetings. We welcome new members. Membership offers members of the community the opportunity to network with like-minded people and to work together in pursuit of common goals related to heritage preservation in the City of Toronto.

We seek to ensure that all members of the Society have a sense of ownership, and opportunities for direct input, with regard to the decision-making processes related to our work on behalf of the local community.

Our meetings are usually on Tuesdays. This is one of the Society’s long-time traditions. As Barry Kemp has remarked, “If it’s Tuesday, it must be Long Branch!”
