Etobicoke South Cycling Committee will be holding a meeting on June 12 from 7 to 9 pm at LAMP

Thomas Hasam discusses history of a building at the Lakeshore Hospital Grounds, during Heritage Ride in Long Branch on June 2, 2012. Many more such rides will be organized in the next several months.

We’re pleased to share with you the following information from David Juliusson:

In partnership with the Lakeshore Planning Council and Cycle Toronto, the Etobicoke South Cycling Committee will be holding a meeting at LAMP on June 12 from 7 to 9 pm.

We have two main issues to discuss. We will have successfully held the first Heritage Bike ride in South Etobicoke and will be reviewing how it went and how we can plan more in the future.

The second is to prepare for the June 21 Safe Routes to School presentation to the TDSB Transportation Committee. We have been asked to give a 10 minute presentation on how cycling will benefit TDSB schools. It is a great opportunity that we need to be ready for.

The meeting is open to anyone who has an interest in cycling or in one of our bicycling topics.
Location:
