August 8, 2015 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm

Bring your own picnic and enjoy this timeless pass time at one of Muskoka’s most treasured spots. Parking across from Don’s Bakery/Portage Landing, 3119 Muskoka Road 169, Bala. Add some local treats to your picnic basket!

Then at 2:00pm, make your way to Port Carling for a special celebration of 100 years of the Disappearing Propellor Boat at James Bartleman Island Park next to the locks.
