We are pleased to announce that the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Lakeview Waterfront Connection Project Environmental Assessment (LWC Project EA) was approved by the Ministry of Environment on December 5th, 2012. Copies of the Notice of Approval, Comment Disposition Table and Errata are available here:

Our official Notice of Commencement for the LWC Project EA will be released in early January 2013. The first Public Information Centre (PIC) for the EA is planned for the end of January, 2013. You will be sent an official notification with more information on the Notice of Commencement and the upcoming PIC in early January, 2013.
