Forum Research Inc. polled 918 adults in a voice response phone survey conducted on Monday.

The poll found 66 per cent of those surveyed had visited the waterfront between the Don Valley and Ontario Place at least once in the past year, while 28 per cent said they went on a weekly basis.

The average respondent paid a visit about once every two months, the poll found.

Results are considered accurate within 3 per cent, 19 times out of 20, according to the Forum release.
