Dear Chair,
Re: File No. B30/15EYK, A259/15EYK, A260/15EYK – 33 Forty-Second Street
I would like to strongly recommend that the application for consent and minor variances for 33 Forty Second Street be deferred. I also recommend the applicant submit a revised proposal that is more in keeping with the predominan
t, established physical character of the immediately surrounding area and more in accordance with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and the Zoning By-laws.
I have received communication from the community and they have concerns regarding this application. As such, I strongly recommend a deferral of the application in order for the applicant to meet with Planning staff and the local community to address these concerns.
Sincerely,
Mark Grimes City Councillor
Ward 6 Etobicoke-Lakeshore
Cc: Director, Community Planning, Etobicoke York District, City of Toronto
